مرحله اول بعد از طراحی و مدل سازی قالبها، فرم دهی اولیه قطعه روی صفحه، ریخته گری به صورت چند مرحله ای انجام میشود.

در این مرحله صفحات را با دستگاه فرز سی ان سی خشن کاری، کف تراشی و دور تراشی میکنیم تا صفحات گونیا شوند.

در این مرحله طرح نهای ماهی تابه و کباب پز را به دستگاه فرز سی ان سی داده بعد از برنامه نویسی ماشین کاری میکنیم.

در مرحله پایانی سنبه ها را در صفحات جا زده و دوباره با دستگاه فرز Cnc تراشکاری میکنیم.
