- بعد از طراحی و مدل سازی، متریال مناسب برای تراشکاری چرخدنده را انتخاب می کنیم ، برای این کار از فولادی که هم قابلیت تراشکاری و ماشین کاری مناسب داشته باشد و همینطور سختی پذیر باشد استفاده می کنیم سپس با اره نواری به اندازه های لازم برشکاری میکنیم .
- در مرحله بعدی عملیات تراشکاری را به وسیله دستگاه تراش منوال انجام می دهیم ؛ که در ابتدا با ابزار رو تراش دور قطعه را تراش میدهیم و سپس کف تراشی انجام میدهیم بعد از آن با مته مناسب سوراخ چرخدنده را ایجاد کرده و با ابزار داخل تراشی درون قطعه را خشن کاری میکنیم.
- در مراحله بعد به وسیله دستگاه تراش CNC تراشکاری نهایی را انجام میدهیم.
- دراین مرحله به وسیله دستگاه فرز CNC عملیات فرز کاری شیار روغن را به وسیله فرز 20 انجام میدهیم و سپس به وسیله دستگاه دنده زن دنده ها زده شده و برای سختکاری فرستاده میشود تا سختی لازم به دست آید.
- در مرحله آخر به وسیله دستگاه سنگ محور سوراخ داخل را سنگ میزنیم تا دقیق و سیقلی شود.
